Where are you located?
We have a physical store front at 16A Central Plaza Half Way Tree Kingston, Jamaica. We offer
worldwide shipping & island wide deliveries in Jamaica.
Can I try my items before the bearer leaves the location? Can the bearer
bring two sizes for me to choose?
Unfortunately, no. The bearer is independent of Beauty Equation and will not be able to facilitate
this.
I am not in Jamaica, can I still order?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping options.
Can I exchange my item?

I no longer want my item, can I receive a refund?
No, we do not offer refunds. For our refund policy click here.
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
Yes, as long as the order has not been shipped. You can send us an email to do so.
Are all items usually restocked?
No, most items are never restocked so buy your favorite items before they sell out.
Why has my order been canceled?
We sometimes sell out very quickly and as such an item you ordered can suddenly
become unavailable. If your order contains additional items, we will ship the rest of your
order and refund the out-of-stock item.
If the billing and shipping info cannot be verified through our merchant your order may
be canceled. In the event this takes place, you will need to replace your order with
