REFUND/RETURN POLICY:
JAMAICA ORDERS:
NO REFUND, EXCHANGE ONLY!
An exchange can be done within 48 hours of package being delivered/sent off. Item must be in
the same condition it was received in, unworn and unwashed. The customer will be responsible
for all delivery fees that are attracted during the return process. If when doing an exchange the
new item being given is lesser in value than the original item purchased, a store credit will be
given.
ALL SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE & CANNOT BE RETURNED OR
EXCHANGED.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT ONLY!
To initiate return to receive store credit please email us FIRST. Once approved by a sales
representative, we will provide you with a return address or label to send your package. Any
packages returned to our address without approval will be refused. Please note that the customer
is responsible for any and all return shipping costs. All items must be returned in protective
packaging to reduce damage during handling.
Beauty Equation is NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail/transit, incorrectly supplied
addresses, or unclaimed/refused. All store credit will be processed within 2-3 business days of
receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

This option will be available at checkout, and you’ll automatically see our banking details.
Please send a screenshot of payment receipt with reference number along with order number via
Instagram Dms or WhatsApp (18768747389). Cross bank transfers take 1-2 business days to
reflect in our account, and package will be sent off when funds are reflected. Please note bank
transfers must be done within 2 hours of placing the order, after which the order will be
canceled.

 Pay with cash on delivery (JAMAICA ONLY)
You can select this option at checkout on our website and pay with cash when the bearer arrives
with your package. This option is only available for Kingston deliveries ONLY.
