Shipping/Delivery Policy
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
All orders are processed within 1-2 BUSINESS days (NOT including weekends, sales or
holidays) after payment is authorized and verified. Please note this is just an ESTIMATED time.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information
Shipping Rate: 35USD (3-5 business days)
JAMAICA ORDERS:
Bearer: Orders placed by 3pm will be delivered same day (Kingston ONLY- including Spanish
Town ROAD)
NB: Portmore and Spanish Town orders are delivered via Zipmail & Knutsford ONLY.
Delivery cost: Kingston- $750 (EXCEPT Downtown & Spanish Town Road)
Downtown & Spanish Town ROAD- $850
Knutsford: Orders placed by 4pm will be dropped off at the end of the working day and you’ll
be able to pick up package the next business day
Delivery cost: $700 which will be paid at your selected Knutsford office when package is
being collected.
Zipmail: Orders placed by 9am will be sent off the same day and you’ll be able to collect
packages in 1-2 business days.
Zipmail Delivery cost: $500 which is paid to us when checking out
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and correct to avoid delays to your
order’s delivery date. If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please
contact us ASAP. We will facilitate your request to make necessary amendent as long as the
order has not been shipped. However, if we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for
incorrect information.
Beauty Equation is NOT responsible for items that state DELIVERED. If your tracking
information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must
contact DHL directly. If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing delays in
receiving your order, please contact DHL for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot
guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession
of the shipping provider. It is the responsibility of DHL to ensure that your package is delivered
at the listed delivery date.
